All Southport residents are feeling the shock of the rising energy bills. However, thousands of the poorest in Southport face a double whammy according to John Pugh. United Utilities have defended recent changes made to their bill-paying process in a letter to Southport's MP. MP Attacks Google "Hypocrisy"

An MP has accused search engine giant Google of double standards this week as the row over its new 'Street View' service continues.John Pugh, Liberal Democrat MP for Southport, is today asking how the company can claim to be able to 'moderate' the millions of photographs being taken for Street View, whilst arguing that the same cannot be done for the videos uploaded to YouTube - the video sharing site wholly owned by the company.
