MP BLASTS 'DISGRACEFUL' BANK

Lloyd's TSB has still not paid compensation to a Southport mother after they charged her 500. The bank was ordered in January to pay back money owed to Ilze Moskvina and other migrant workers, plus 350 compensation. However, she is still waiting for payment.

Local MP John Pugh overcame his fear of bees to brave the bee hives of the Southport and Formby Beekeepers Association. The MP was there to support the opening of the Teaching Apiary which will help to train newcomers to the world of beekeeping.
